Ordering

1.Select A Panel

We have added a small selection of our Smart Panel designs to our online shop under the 'Bespoke' tab to help with ease of ordering. However, we have many more designs available! To view our full collection browse our main Designer Walls website and check out the ranges and browse our dropbox.

2. Request an estimate

Once you have found a panel you like simply click the "Price on Application' button or email us. Make sure to send us your wall height and width plus your postcode for us to give you an estimate.

(Please note all smart panel designs are the same price so if you're stuck between a few designs that's fine and we may be able to help with this). 

Once submitted we will supply you with an estimate price. If you wish to proceed we will discuss with our Italian Smart Panel manufacturers and send you an invoice plus a proof of your wall design. 

As it is made to order, it is therefore non-refundable. Before signing off the design please double check you are happy with your proof and the dimensions are correct.

Once a design has been signed off and the invoice paid our manufacturers will begin creating your wall panel.

3. Delivery

The wait is approximately 28 working days from order. Up to 18 sqm of panelling will arrive in a single crate. On arrival we recommend you allow your panel/s 24 hours to acclimatise before installation.

You have now received your panel and are ready to install!
